The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens. The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT). Cleaning is optional: €120. The "proportional" tourist tax is extra. Reservations on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a different period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Generally, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm, and departures are from 8 am to 10 am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 8pm, an additional fee is applied: From 8pm to 10pm - 50 Euros; From 10pm to Midnight - 80 Euros; From Midnight to 6am - 100 Euros; From 6am to 8am - 70 Euros.
