It consists of a large living room of 20m2 with a fully equipped kitchenette, a high-end convertible for daily sleeping (17cm thick mattress), closet, Wi-Fi, TV. Separate bathroom and toilet. This is a studio so no additional bedroom.
Private terrace facing southwest, with deckchairs, table, chairs, parasol…
Independent entrance and no parking problems.
The terrace is isolated by a screen, but the land is accessible to tenants.

This studio is designed for 2 people, but we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair. There is no air conditioning, but we provide a fan.
