Ideally located in the heart of Île de Ré, it is close to shops, the market, and cycle paths, while also being just a few minutes by bike from the beaches of La Couarde, perfect for fully enjoying the island in a calm and authentic setting. The house is comfortable and functional, with a welcoming living space including a living room, a dining room, and an open-plan fitted kitchen, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE: Living room with lounge area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200cm). Bedroom 2: 1 sofa bed (140x200cm) and 2 single beds (90x190cm). Living room: 1 sofa bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the property. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor space for sunny days. The house also has a garage and a private entrance for secure parking. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Upon arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing our tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions. The house is available for booking for a minimum of 4 days outside of the summer season. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery (beds and bathrooms) are included in July and August (optional outside of the summer season). Key handover and a tour of the house on-site are included. Tourist tax is not included. A security deposit of €500 is required before your arrival. (via pre-authorization of credit card or bank transfer).
