This lovely single-storey house, ideally located in the center of Loix-en-Re, offers a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
With beautiful decoration, it constitutes a true haven of peace for holidays on the island de Re.

Inside, you will be welcomed by a spacious entrance, a large bright living room and a friendly dining room, as well as an open kitchen fully equipped to meet all your needs.

Night side, the house offers a large master bedroom opening onto the terrace, as well as two other generous bedrooms, all benefiting from optimal comfort. A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes this living space.

Take full advantage of the joys of the Ile de Re with easy access to the heart of the village on one side, while on the other side, the cycle path takes you discovering the magnificent Loix marshes and other surrounding villages.

You will also have access to a south-facing swimming pool within the residence.

Available for rental from June 15, prices vary from 2200 Euros to 3500 Euros per week.
A deposit of 1500 Euros as well as a 25% deposit will be requested upon reservation, with the balance of the rent to be paid one month before arrival.
A cleaning fee is to be provided, and sheets can be provided as an option for your greatest comfort.
