In the village center of Loix, in the heart of the Ile de Re, come and discover this charming, completely renovated house with 4 bedrooms on 2 floors.

95 m house located in the village of Loix, 2 minutes walk from the square central location where all the local shops are located.

It is made up of two houses:

1) Day part with a living room welcoming lounge and dining room which has a mezzanine (reading/office area). As an extension of this we access a separate, perfectly equipped kitchen (Microwave oven, Electric oven, Induction hob, Washer-dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine).

2) Night area, on the ground floor two double bedrooms, equipped with queen size beds (160 cm) and storage cupboards. The ground floor also serves a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (160 cm bed) with its private bathroom (shower/toilet) and a large children's bedroom 3 90cm beds, 2 desks and a storage cupboard (A travel cot is available for young children).

Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

This house offers 70m of outdoor space not overlooked vis which is divided into 2 spaces:
-Entrance courtyard (30m)
-Rear courtyard enclosed by walls (40m).
The entrance courtyard gives access to the two spaces: the house hosting the living rooms (living room / dining room dining / kitchen / mezzanine) and to the right of the night house receiving the four bedrooms.

Outside school holidays, possibility of renting for 3/4 nights minimum.
During school holidays, it is possible to rent for a minimum of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday).

Linen is provided with the exception of towels. Possibility of rental via the concierge before your arrival.

The cleaning service is obligatory (supplement of 100 euros).

The mezzanine is accessible by a ladder fixed to the wall. The space is secured by a barrier but children remain under the responsibility of their parents.

High season July and August 1950 Euros / week 100 Euros for household linen and beds made service 150 Euros for exit cleaning.
BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED but rental via the concierge service is possible.
