The main house consists of a large living room/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets.
The 45m living room, with ethanol fireplace and HD flat screen, is very bright and opens onto the terrace with pergola.
The very well equipped American kitchen, open to the room, has large work surfaces , as well as a bar.

The annex consists of a fourth bedroom with bathroom and toilet, with an office area set up for teleworking (wifi) in peace.

The exterior of the house, perfectly oriented East/South/West, has a garden with trees and a terrace with table and chairs for 10 people, surrounding the spa and the 24m heated swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter.

This property also has a 12m covered porch, in which you can shelter your bicycles or beach equipment.
