We rent our holiday home in La Couarde-sur-mer.
It is on one level and can accommodate between 6 and 8 people.
Once there, you could do without a car because everything is accessible on foot or by bike, it's a change of scenery!

You can fit 2 cars in the garden; bike rental nearby.

The main house has two bedrooms (one double bed 160cm and two single beds that can be pushed together for the other)
D a shower room with washing machine, a separate toilet. A kitchen open to the dining room.

A bedroom in an outbuilding with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. A large living room with fireplace accessible from the terrace with a convertible sofa (2 places) and 1 shower room.

Kitchen: complete basic equipment; electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher.
Shower room equipped with a washing machine.

The house has no internet box or TV but the 4G network is good.

Weber barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, outdoor table with extension, high chair and travel cot are available.

From 1000 to 1800 € per week / Minimum 1 week
Security déposit 400 €
End of stay house cleaning included
Local tourist taxe included.

Tourist charges and taxes are included.
Cleaning fee 120 Euros INCLUDED in the price of the stay.
