For 8 to 10 people max.
The house offers 4 double bedrooms upstairs of the house, including 2 with shower room, and 1 independent shower room.
It is located barely 30 seconds on foot from the village square.

The house consists of:

On the ground floor:
- an entrance with coat rack,
- an independent toilet with hand basin,
- a fitted and equipped kitchen of 18m2, with dining area (high table and high chairs) open to the garden,
- a magnificent living room with TV with fireplace dining room of 40m, open to the covered courtyard (with glass roof) with fireplace and in the garden

Upstairs, a landing leading to:
- a 1st bedroom of 16m (double bed 140x190cm), with its bathroom water,
- a 2nd bedroom of 20m (double bed of 160x200cm), with an extra bed or bench seat lounge, and a bassinet if needed,
- a 3rd bedroom of 15m (double bed 160x200cm) with its bathroom,
- then a 4th bedroom of 10m (double bed 140x190) with bar bed if needed,
- an independent toilet
- and an independent bathroom.

Available, an internet box with fiber, 3 speakers, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in bedroom 3) with internet TV decoders orange and Netflix.

Outside:
Behind the house, a magnificent wooded and enclosed garden with:
- a large covered courtyard (with glass roof) of 17m with a fireplace, large dining room table and chairs,
- a pretty teak terrace in front of the kitchen and the courtyard with dining room table chairs and relaxation lounge area with armchairs and coffee table, a second dining table with chairs in the garden, and a few relaxation wooden armchairs,
- then at the bottom of the garden, a magnificent lounge area, with coffee table, armchair with cushions and chairs and outdoor kitchen area (planc electric ha and its utensils)
and a "mosole" lounge area with benches with cushions and coffee table and lamp for a warm atmosphere in the evening or a moment of relaxation during the day.
In the back of the garden, a wooden shed.

On the front side the house, a room (with digicode) with boiler, garbage cans and possibility of storing bicycles there

In front of the house, 3 rings to attach bicycles.

Exceptional location in the village center to reach the village beach and its shops, then the covered market 2 minutes by bike and the beach 5 minutes by bike.
