This is a family home located 10 minutes walk from the port of Saint-Martin. It is located in the middle of the vineyards, 200m from the sea and the oyster huts, surrounded by nature.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen. It is organized in an "L" around a covered patio, very pleasant on summer evenings.
Two double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (one of which can be made into a double bed) and a 5th bedroom with a single bed.
It is surrounded by two large gardens, enclosed by walls and allows the easy parking of 3 or 4 vehicles, outside the enclosure.
It is an old house, typical of the traditional houses of the island, very pleasant to live.

If you are looking for a modern house, this house will not suit you.
The house is bordered by the road, which runs along it behind the wall of the outside garden; in heavy traffic, road noise is present.
