Charming semi-detached town house, Ile de Re style, entirely renovated and fully equipped, ideally located within Saint Martin fortification, and walking distance from everything. Private outdoor parking in front of the house.

NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG KIDS ie less than 5 years old (no railing on the staircase)

Ground floor: entrance, double living room and dining room (35m2), separated kitchen, utility room and toilet. Garden by living room and kitchen.

On the first floor, which is accessed by a staircase WITHOUT railing or counter steps (see photos), 4 bedrooms served by a corridor (13m2, 11m2, 11m2, 11m2; 2 with double bed 160cm and 2 with 2x single 90cm beds), 2 bathrooms (a renovated 9m2 bathroom with double sinks, bath and walk-in shower, a 3m2 shower room with sink and shower), 1 separate toilet and a workspace with a small desk on the landing. The 2 bedrooms and the shower room at the end of the corridor can be privatised by closing a separating door.

Garden: Landscaped garden with 2 terrasses, one with a table for 8-10 pax.

Parking: Private outdoor parking 10 meters away (NB: note that the indoor garage in the house is NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS).

Household linen and towels not provided. Possibility to rent the linen from our concierge for 20 Euros/pax (please pre-book by indicating the number of people during booking).

Pedestrian streets, shops, restaurants and harbour is a 5 minutes walk. The beach and cafe of La Cible is a 5 mins bike ride. Supermarket Leclerc and Intermarche are 10 mins away by bike.
