Second part of the house: Entrance, living room, laundry room, toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms, one with 2 x 2 bunk beds, bathroom and toilet.
Partly sheltered courtyard with access to the two houses, garden with large wooden terrace overlooking alleyway (bicycle access), access to the two houses, outdoor shower with hot water and bicycle shelters.
Two flat screen televisions each with an orange box, DVD player, wifi access, barbecue, swing, numerous deckchairs.
Parking near the rental.
200 meters away, church square, cafe, restaurants and shops. 500 meters away, covered market and Anneries beach. Three bicycle rental companies nearby.
To the rental rates indicated below are added:
- the end-of-stay cleaning fee of 260 euros (obligatory),
- the tourist tax to be determined depending on the occupants.
A check for Security deposit of 1500 euros will be requested when signing the rental contract. This check will not be cashed.
