MAISON CITEAUX is renovated carefully while preserving its character. It consists of five comfortable rooms, which can accommodate up to ten people, the ideal being 3 couples with children. Each room is tastefully decorated, offering a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.
One of the major assets of this property is its small private pool, ideal for cooling off in complete privacy after a day spent exploring the lively streets of Saint -Martin-de-Re or to enjoy the surrounding beaches.
The living spaces are spacious and bright and are broken down as follows,
A dining room and a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR you will find an entrance , a laundry room as well as a master suite (bedroom with bathroom, bathtub and shower), a living room with double sofas and TV.
A staircase leads to the first floor where we discover a first private sleeping area with a master suite with view sea (bedroom, bathroom, toilet and dressing room), a second sleeping area composed of a bedroom with sea view and terrace, and two other bedrooms overlooking the street, an independent bathroom and a separate toilet.
You will also enjoy a pool (unheated) to relax.
