Benoit : "La maison possède de beaux volumes et est idéalement située pour profiter de l'animation du port de Saint Martin. La quiétude règne en maitre. Les différents logements permettent à chacun de vivre à son rythme. Le jardin intra muros St martin est un vrai havre de paix."
