The villa has an annex overlooking the swimming pool with a double and a private bathroom.
The house has been refurbished and has a privileged quiet location, with the possibility of parking one or more vehicles in the immediate vicinity.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with fully equipped open kitchen.
ON ONE LEVEL:
Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x200 and a shower room.
Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 140x200.
Bedroom 3 composed of 2 bunk beds 90x200.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 lead to a shower room and WC.
Bedroom 4 in the annex with private shower room, WC and dressing room composed of 1 double bed.
The house is non- smoker.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating at 29 . The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
End of stay cleaning is included.
Rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The delivery of keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.
The villa has an annex overlooking the pool with a double bed and a private bathroom.
Our house is new and perfectly located in a quiet area, with possibility to park one or more vehicles nearby.
Linen for the beds and for the bathrooms is provided.
