Upstairs, you have:
- A bedroom with its private bathroom (shower, sink and WC), 160 cm bedding,
- One bedroom, 160 cm bedding
- One bedroom, two bunk beds, 80 cm bedding
- A bathroom shared by the two bedrooms, bath-shower, sink, WC.

The garden allows you to relax in the sun or in the shade of the beautiful umbrella pine... ideal!

The swimming pool heated to 28°C from April 1 to September 30 has a removable sliding floor. The dimensions of the pool are 550 x 270 cm.

For a holiday home, it is ideally equipped!
- Kitchen equipment: electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, full service.
- Living room: sofa, armchair, table, chairs and screen television flat.
- Parental bedroom: double bed 160 x 90 cm, wardrobe.
- Children's bedroom: two single beds, cupboards.
- Bathroom: shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine.
- Private garden not overlooked: table, chairs, deck chairs and awning, heated swimming pool.
