The entrance leads to a large warm living room with parquet flooring. You will enjoy a very bright living room with a view of the swimming pool, a beautiful lounge area and an open kitchen with its central island and its access to the pretty landscaped patio inviting you to share moments of conviviality.
The kitchen is very well equipped and extends with a laundry room.
This same level distributes a beautiful master suite with dressing room, bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, three other bedrooms are at your disposal including a master suite with shower room, a separate shower room and a toilet. You will appreciate the high ceilings in each room and the quality equipment (mattresses, bathroom).
Outside, a large terrace offers a glimpse of sweet moments of idleness comfortably installed by the heated swimming pool (from April to October depending on the weather) or around a meal under the summer courtyard.
Several parking spaces are possible within the confines of this property.

From 2000 to 4900 € per week / Minimum stay : 3 nights
End of stay house cleaning included
Weekly rental end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 2,000 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,600 Euros/week
- High season: 4,000 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,900 Euros/week
Rental for a weekend (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
Tax extra stay: 4.51 Euros/day/adult (maximum rate)
Additional administrative fees: 45 Euros
Optional linen rental extra:
- 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases , two towels per person, bath mats and kitchen towels. The beds are made on arrival. Pool towels not provided.
- 42 Euros/person household linen with pool towels.
