Let yourself be seduced by the charm of the open living room on the garden enclosed by dry stone walls. Large sofas, a beautiful fitted kitchen and a dining area invite you to share moments of conviviality. The villa is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine.
The sleeping area has four bedrooms each with their own bathroom, one of which has a bath and shower. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds 160x200, and one bedroom with two single beds of 80x200 that can be combined into a double bed. One bedroom with shower room is located on the ground floor and the other three upstairs.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful garden with a swimming pool of 4.5 x 2.5 meters secured with roller shutter electric and heated depending on the weather. Deckchairs are at your disposal to relax as well as an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside.
You can park your vehicle in the Clos Biret car park located 300 meters from the villa (paying parking in season - about 50 euros per week subscription).

- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
Tax extra stay: 2.53 Euros/night/major person
Administrative fees: 49 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person , bath mats and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 42 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
