Our charming rhetaise house located in Chabot in the heart of Saint Clement des Baleines is for rent all year round.
This house, which has just been reborn from major renovations, is perfect for welcoming small tribes (max. capacity: 6 people).
Through it, it has 2 exteriors including a south-west facing patio and a 25m courtyard. With an area of 100m, here is how it is composed:
On the ground floor:
- 1 large living room (living room and dining room for 6 people)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 fully equipped shower room
- 1 bathroom
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 Child: 2 single beds (90x190) or 1 double bed of your choice
- Bedroom 2 Parents: 1 double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 Teenager: Access by 1 narrow independent spiral staircase: 1 double bed (140x190)

Many free parking lots are nearby. Small pets are allowed under certain conditions.

By renovating this old family home, my sister and I wanted to make it a warm and functional place to enjoy life on the island of Re with ease🌸🐚.

- Weekly/fortnightly rental or short stays with a minimum of 3 nights
- Deposit requested upon reservation
- Deposit requested and returned after departure EdL
- Arrival time: 4 p.m.
- Departure time: before 10 a.m.
- Participation in cleaning requested 70Euros
- TDS in supplement
- Sheets and towels included

Rates:
- Low season: 110Euros/night
- Mid season: 120Euros/night
- High season: 180Euros/night
- Very high season: 210Euros/night

Periods:
BS: Outside school holidays
MS: All Saints' Day school holidays, Christmas, winter, spring, long weekends in May, June and the last 2 weeks of September.
HS: Summer school holidays (except the last week of July and the first 2 of August) and the first 2 weeks of September.
THS: Last week of July and first 2 weeks of August.
