It is made up of two buildings, framing a courtyard.
The courtyard and the first building on the street: On the ground floor a small reading room, a shower room-wc, washing machine. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed, one with pull-out beds, one with bunk beds for children, a bathroom with bathtub and wc; Each bed is provided: pillowcase protectors, duvets and duvet protectors , fleece. Storage in each room .
The second building overlooking the courtyard: Living room, open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The living room and the dining room has classic and modern furniture (as shown in the photos): sofa, armchairs, throws, cushions, etc. Same style of decoration in the three bedrooms .

Electricity and water consumption is billed on a pro rata basis (meter reading on arrival and on arrival) departure)
Reservation: 30% deposit upon signing the contract. The balance one month before entering the premises.
The deposit is 1000 Euros by check not cashed, refundable within a week after departure.
Linen: for each bed we provide pillows and duvet, duvet covers and pillow protectors, fleeces.
