Ideally designed to accommodate 2 families. Indeed, everyone can have their own privacy. There are 2 sleeping areas made up of 2 bedrooms with direct access to the bathroom.

The villa is located at the end of a dead end in an extremely quiet location, close to the wild coast (600m), the beach ( 1km) and the village (1km) with the market, the market halls and shops (press, bulk grocery store, decoration, clothing, post office, hairdresser, restaurants/bar, etc.).

It is possible to fit 2 cars into the courtyard or park in front of our house.

The swimming pool is secure. It is heated from mid-April to the end of September.

The exterior consists of:
- a terrace with the swimming pool. There is garden furniture, deckchairs, pouf,...
- a patio with a dining area and a plancha
- a second patio with a ping-pong table
- a courtyard

From 400 to 650 € per night / Minimum 2 nights

July and August:
- 4400Euros for 7 nights
- from July 5 to 10, 2024: 2500Euros
- from August 14 to 17: 1900Euros

Weekends in September, April, May and June from Friday to Sunday:
- 1000Euros from Friday to Sunday .

Special weekends on request.

Spring holidays:
- 500Euros per night (minimum of 2 nights)

Possibility of renting linen:
- 10Euros per person for bed linen, a large towel per person, carpet shower and tea towels.

Possibility of an end-of-stay cleaning package for 120Euros.
