Come and stay at La Flotte, a stone's throw from the market and the port, in this superb renovated house with all the comforts, ideal for your family or friends reunions.

Le Clos du Marche has a main house with a pleasant living room open to the outside, where you will find an equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room for beautiful moments of conviviality.
You will find a first spacious master suite with a double bed (180x200) and a bathroom.
An independent toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal.

Le Clos du Marche also has a pretty annex, completing the sleeping area, made up of 3 additional bedrooms and a separate toilet: a master suite with a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) as well as a bedroom with two bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share an independent bathroom.

You can enjoy a beautiful outdoor space composed of a planted terrace and a garden, ideal for enjoying this confidential setting.

A parking space is available for you to park outside of walking hours.

If you wish to increase the accommodation capacity and benefit from a large common area, rent the Petit Clos du Marche adjoining the Clos du Marche (Ref. 8694 https://www.iledereloc.com/maison-location.php?id=8694) can accommodate 4 additional people, ideal for your moments with family or friends!

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
-Low season: 1,550 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,950 Euros/week
- High season: 3,050 Euros/week
- Very high season: 3,750 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult person (maximum rate varies depending on the length of stay and the number of vacationers)
Additional administrative fees: 49 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 32 Euros/ person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.

It is close to shops, and only 250 meters from the port and 500 meters from the beach. 'Arnerault.
You easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
