Our 140m2 villa has 4 bedrooms each with their own shower room/bathroom to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Leave your vehicle parked in the large free communal car park located 30 meters from the house and travel on foot and by bike! The beautiful Rivedoux-Plage market is a few minutes' walk away and has one of the most popular bakeries on the Ile de Re as well as a butcher's shop. Under the market, the fishmonger's stalls, the cheesemonger, greengrocers, etc., delight holidaymakers.
The villa has private and secure parking spaces for your bicycles. The cycle paths are accessible a few dozen meters from the house and take you directly to the beaches of Rivedoux-Plage. The slopes easily connect you to the villages of La Flotte and Saint-Martin-de-Re, as well as Sainte-Marie and Bois-Plage-en-Re.

The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 29 . The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
No pets allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
