Nestled in the center of La Flotte, an old cellar full of charm, restored and tastefully decorated. Bathed in sunlight, the spacious living rooms open onto a large courtyard surrounded by stone walls.
Located 3 minutes walk from the port and the fleet market.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

House with a living area of 154 m located in a very quiet location close to all amenities, you will find 3 bedrooms upstairs for 6 people and on the ground floor a beautiful sunny courtyard of 64m2 in front of the living room, enclosed by stone walls. Direct access to the courtyard for parking bicycles.

On the ground floor:

-Living room with fireplace and TV area

OTHER INFORMATION:

There is no private parking but there are spaces in the adjacent streets as well as the Clos Biret car park just next door (Not free from april 1st to sept 30th) and a free park a little bit further (7 minutes by walk).
