Fully renovated in 2022 /2023, this 100 m house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a main house, an annex and a bicycle garage. Ideal for 2 families (separate sleeping areas).

For your moments of relaxation, an interior courtyard with trees (30 m) welcomes you as well as a patio (21 m), a true haven of peace and ideal place to share, in complete conviviality and shelter glances, aperitifs and dinners around the charcoal barbecue.

On the ground floor of the house, overlooking the patio, you will enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen and appreciate the living room with its authentic charm, with its stone walls, its claustra, its TV corner and its stove.

Upstairs:
-A bedroom with 2 90x200 beds with an adjoining bathroom and WC, large cupboard, TV.
-A pretty master suite (king size bed 160x200) with its private bathroom and WC, large closet, TV.

The annex:
-One bedroom (king size bed 160x200), TV.
-One bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x190.
-Common adjoining bathroom.
- A real cabin, children will appreciate the mezzanine for a moment of reading or games that we put at their disposal.

For the little ones: travel cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath and toilet adapter. Drawstring and fitted sheet provided at no extra charge.

Hair dryer provided in each bathroom.

On arrival: basic necessities: coffee, tea, oils, flour, pasta, rice, salt, condiments...
