We are delighted to give you access to our main residence, totally designed according to our tastes and our way of life.
Our house is on the dune close to the beach. You will find a peaceful and elegant atmosphere, as well as curves and warm and welcoming colors.

The house is equipped for real epicureans, especially for lovers of cooking.

from November 4 to May 6: 3,200 Euros / week
from May 6 to July 6: 4,900 Euros / week

Summer holidays 2024 :
from July 6 to July 13: 5,900 Euros / week
from July 13 to August 3: 6,300 Euros / week
from August 3 to August 17: 6,500 Euros / week
from August 17 to August 24: 6,300 Euros / week
from August 24 to 31 August: 5,900 Euros / week

from August 31 to September 28: 5,000 Euros / week

End of stay cleaning charged 250 Euros.
Deposit 2,500 Euros
50% of the rental amount is to be paid upon reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid one month before the start of the rental.

Tourist tax: 1.65Euros / Adult / Day

Our house is located 200 meters from the beach and 700 meters from the Couarde market.
Ideal location, close to shops and restaurant.
Several bike rental companies within 300 meters.
