At the entrance an awning allows you to park a vehicle and your bikes under cover.
Free parking is located just behind the house if you have other vehicles.

The independent studio overlooks the interior courtyard entrance.
You will find a bathroom with Italian shower and a WC, a dining area with fridge/microwave/coffee maker/kettle, large cupboard and a private south-facing terrace covered with a shade sail.

__A second landscaped interior courtyard allows you to access the main building.

The entrance to the house opens onto a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a pantry with a very large storage capacity.

The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances .

3 bedrooms are distributed on either side of the house.

On one side: the parental part which has a bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, storage space.

On the other side of the house the two bedrooms have a second shared bathroom with Italian shower, and a separate shared toilet. Each of these rooms has an independent patio.

A garden with a south-facing terrace and a terrace sheltered by vegetation will allow you to always find a pleasant place depending on the time of day. Each of these terraces has a garden table with 8 seats.

- High season 2024: from 06/29 to 08/31: minimum rental period = 7 nights
