It has private access, an interior courtyard and a closed terrace. It is a seasonal rental house whose architecture is typical of the island of Re.
It is located 10 m from the center, close to shops, the outdoor market and bike rental, very close to cycle paths.
You can do everything on foot or by bike. You leave your car in a free public car park 30 meters from the cottage. There is a small beach on the wild coast 500 meters from Les Fillattes. One of the most beautiful beaches on Ile de Re is 2.5 km away, or 10 minutes by bike.
