Recent house of 140 m2 composed of:
3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
2 large wooden terraces
heated and secure swimming pool, landscaped garden
private parking (shared with the Les Petites Terres gite)
Each bedroom has its own bathroom (Italian shower) and sink.
Large living room opening onto a garden and a large courtyard with heated swimming pool (7m x 3.5m secured by an electric roller shutter).
The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room with a central island.
Two large wooden terraces, one garden side and one pool side.
Very well equipped house (it corresponds to our main house which you open to us during our holidays).
Bedroom 1 (overlooking garden): 160 bed, with bathroom
Bedroom 2 (overlooking terrace and swimming pool): 160 bed, with bathroom
Bedroom 3 (overlooking terrace and swimming pool): 14O bed, with bathroom
Our house is located on a large plot of 1100m2 on which the Les Petites Terres gite is located and private parking is common to both houses . Access to the parking lot is shared but then each house has its own independent access and they are not overlooked.
The swimming pool is only accessible at the house (not at the cottage).
Basic foodstuffs, as well as cleaning products will be provided.
Bed sheets, towels, and tea towels are included in the price.

Cleaning is included in the price, despite everything we thank you for leaving the house clean and tidy, unmaking the beds, emptying the trash cans, cleaning the grill...
