Description

House very quiet, close to nature, ideal for meeting up with family or friends.
500 meters from the beach, the market of La Noue and close to bike paths. The house is bright and warm, facing south, overlooking pool. Small private garden with walled garden and outdoor shower. No vis-�-vis. The heated swimming pool of 8 x 3.5 m is secured by a motorized bar cover. 1 large garden furniture with umbrella and shade sail, barbecue are at your disposal. m2, view on swimming pool and terrace, TV and Canal team

1 suite with bed 160x200, SDO and WC
2 rooms with 140x190 bed, bathroom and toilet, each room overlooks a patio .
