We rent the house by the week during school holidays. (All Saints, February, Easter, Christmas, Summer)
Week-end or mid-week requests are possible outside these periods. Please contact us for prices.
2023 prices:
Low season outside school holidays (November, December, January, February): from 1,700 Euros, per week.
Easter, All Saints and Christmas holidays: from 2,500 to 2,700 euros/week.
High season (Summer): 4,700 Euros/week
Weekend rate: 600 euros/per night. (2 nights minimum outside special bridges)
Ascension rate: 4 nights minimum.
Pentecost rate: 3 nights minimum.
For short stays, please call us directly as rates fluctuate depending on the season.
Mandatory exit cleaning 180 Euros .
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 2.53 Euros/night/person over 18 years old.
Sheet rental possible via our partner Loc Linge.
Payment deposit: 30% on reservation / Balance 30 days before the start of the stay.
