Description

Come and recharge your batteries in this charming village house with its pretty landscaped garden facing south-west, ideally located near the market, the port and the beach.

You will be seduced by this village house where the bright and warm invite you to relax. The cement tiles from the entrance to the garden and the checkered tiles in the kitchen reveal its charm and authenticity.

The house offers a living room with open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed and a bathroom with toilet. A very comfortable convertible sofa located in the living room offers two additional beds.

Outside, a pleasant landscaped garden without vis-à-vis invites you to share moments of conviviality around a meal.

You can park your vehicle either at the outside in front of the house according to availability, or in the adjacent streets.

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 700 Euros/week
- Mid season: 900 Euros/week
- High season: 1,300 Euros/week
- Very high season: 1,500 Euros/week

Rental for a week -end excluding school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

- Tourist tax extra: 4.51 Euros / night / adult person (maximum rate)
- Administration fees: 49 Euros
- Optional linen rental extra: 32 Euros/person including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases pillowcase, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival. Beach towels not provided.
