You will appreciate this charming new house 2 steps from the beach. On one level, it is calm and bright with an East/South/West exposure.
The living room, composed of the living room, the dining room and the kitchen offers a total space of more than 50m. It overlooks the patio and the garden thanks to its many openings. A large screen LG TV and a Yamaha sound bar with bluetooth connection are at your disposal.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new and quality appliances (Kitchenaid - Delonghi - Cuisinart - Whirlpool). Two windows open onto the garden or the patio, also served by a door.
Sleeping for 6 people is offered as follows:
- two bedrooms (one of which opens onto the patio) each equipped with a queen size bed (160x200) ;
- a bedroom with two independent twin beds of 90x200 but which can be made into large beds.
All the bedding is very comfortable.
Each bedroom offers substantial storage space.
The bathroom is comfortable with a large walk-in Italian shower and a large piece of furniture with two basins. The toilets are independent of the bathroom.
In the cellar houses are a sink, the washing machine and the dryer.
The outdoor spaces consist of:
- a patio sheltered from the sun thanks to two shade cloths. You can eat there on the teak table and use the Krampouz plancha.
- a garden of 170 square meters with trees, fully enclosed and not overlooked. You can relax there comfortably installed on the deckchairs. An outdoor shower will be welcome for returning from the beach or fishing.
- an entrance porch where you can recharge your electric vehicle thanks to the fast charging station.
During your stay, the exteriors will be maintained thanks to a autonomous mower and pre-programmed integrated watering. The comfort of a soft lawn is thus guaranteed.
The house is an ideal place for 6 people, either 3 couples, or 2 couples and 2 children.

All the equipment of the house is new. A welcome booklet outlines a few principles of use.
The manuals for each device are available, if necessary.
A fast charging electric terminal may be of interest to owners of electric vehicles.

From 1400 to 3150 € per week / Minimum 1 week
Security déposit 2500 €
Bed sheet provided.

The rate is fixed per week, with a decreasing rate per fortnight:
- in July: 2900Euros per week and 5500Euros per fortnight
- in August: 3150Euros per week and 6000Euros per fortnight

The provision of household linen is included (sheets , duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, shower mats, tea towels for the kitchen).
The rental is from Saturday at 4 p.m. for a departure on Saturday before 10 a.m. Cleaning fee is fixed at 200Euros.
The tourist tax is also added for adults for rentals from April 1st to September 30th.
30% of the rental amount is requested when booking.
A security deposit of 2500 Euros, not cashed, will have to be send and will bereturned at the end of the exit inventory if nothing prevents it.


During the year, weekly rates change:
Outside school holidays
- from January to March and from October to December: 1400Euros per week and 2600Euros per fortnight
- May: 1800Euros per week and 3500Euros per fortnight
- June and September: 2000Euros per week and 3800Euros per fortnight

During school holidays:
- Toussaint : 1850Euros
- Christmas : 2100Euros
- Winter : 1750€
- spring : 1850Euros

Weekend rental is not offered.
Pets are not accepted.
The house is non-smoking.

beach 700 m - stores 250 m

The house is located near the village center of Le Bois and its beaches.
The Sauzes beach is the closest but the Gollandieres beach is 1km away, while the Gros Jonc beach is 1800m away. Farniente on the beach, swimming, children club, sailing, paddle, surfing... everything is allowed ! The beaches are all perfectly accessible by bike, the king mode of travel on the Isle of Ré ! The bicycles will be sheltered under the entrance porch of the house in the dedicated rack.
The Bois-Plage market, one of the largest on the Isle of Ré, is held every day (in season) under the hall, for food, and in the streets of the village center for clothing, decoration, household equipment, or local crafts.
