Throughout the day, its organization makes it a pleasant place to relax join with family, with friends or relax in its different spaces.

Thus, the bright living room of 90 m2 on split levels will allow you to get together while enjoying the living room with full view of the garden and the swimming pool (secure and heated by 3m by 6.5m) but also to prepare a good meal in a large, friendly kitchen.

The inside/outside effect of the living space will quickly take you around the table on the lower terrace to enjoy an excellent barbecue lunch while others will sit at the bar while it is prepared.
Facing south, from the spacious bench on the upper terrace, sheltered from the winds, you can relax in a serene atmosphere while reading a good book or chat over a friendly aperitif.

Along the ornamental pond, you will find a comfortable independent studio fully equipped to rest in complete discretion.

On the lower floor of the house, the sleeping area has four bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with bathroom and 2 others rooms with a shared bathroom. Three of the bedrooms give access to a generous portage provided.

Its location makes it an ideal place to go to the markets and do your shopping, stroll by bike in the village streets, take advantage of the nearby children's facilities or go for a walk at the beach if you feel like sand castles! You can still quickly explore the island and its beauties!

Regarding the rooms:
Two bedrooms are equipped with 160/200 double beds and one with a 140/200 double bed. These 3 bedrooms have efficient blackout curtains.
The rooms with single beds have shutters.

Regarding the bathrooms:
Ecological hygienic products from the Whats Matters brand are offered.

Regarding the kitchen:
Cookware "my incredible casserole"
