Discover Casa Familia, a residence that will welcome you this summer after a modern renovation that combines the authenticity and comfort of a new house. It consists of two fully furnished and equipped village houses, Maison Jardin and Maison Cour. Located in the heart of Ars en Ré, on a very quiet street, you can admire the church tower from the garden.

Maison Jardin consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a suite with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom, followed by two double bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Maison Cour features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a small kitchen, a TV lounge, and a "beach return" shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a suite with a large bed and a bathtub, as well as a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom has its own toilet, and all beds can be converted into two single beds.

As for the outdoor spaces, you will find a charming paved courtyard with a dining table and sofas, as well as a beautiful landscaped garden surrounded by typical stone walls, where you can enjoy the shade and sun on loungers. The garden includes an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, plancha, and a small fridge. There is also a large swimming pool to cool off during the summer.

The house is in one of the main street of Ars-en-Ré, you can admire the church tower of Saint-Etienne.

You can go to the shops and the harbor by foot. And the rest of the Island is very much accessible on a bike.
