Description

Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful single-storey villa quietly located in the heart of Les Grenettes with swimming pool and 1800 m2 garden!

You will appreciate the volumes of the living spaces open onto the garden with heated swimming pool (depending on the weather at the beginning and end seasonal) and secure.
You will be seduced by the large sofas inviting conviviality, the large terrace for lunch and dinner with a view of the swimming pool.

The sleeping area includes four bedrooms:
Three double bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
A bathroom with shower and bathtub and a shower room, two separate toilets.

Outside, a south-facing terrace, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture for aperitifs and barbecue.

You can park your vehicles within the grounds of the villa.

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 2,000 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,750 Euros/week
- High season: 3,750 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,500 Euros/week ( from Sunday to Sunday preferably)

Rental for a weekend (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/major person (maximum rate)
Administrative fees: 49 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 32 Euros/person including sheet, cover duvet, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 42 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
