- Mid season: 500Euros (from the 1st May to 06/29 then September)
- Low season: 500Euros - Easter holidays / Christmas and All Saints' Day)

In addition:
- 350Euros obligatory end-of-stay cleaning fee - includes intermediate cleaning at mid-stay
- 30Euros per person of household linen (bed and bathroom) - obligatory
- 2.53Euros per night and per adult tourist tax
