It is a new traditional retaise construction combining charm and modernity. All the rooms overlook the swimming pool except one bedroom overlooking the garden. Access to the swimming pool is protected by an electric roller shutter.
Main house: living room with open kitchen of 62 m2, a linen room, 1 bedroom (double bed 160X200cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90X190cm which can be brought together), a bathroom (Italian shower), 1 toilet, cupboards in each bedroom,
Annex: small living room with sofa, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink), 1 bedroom (160X200cm double bed), 1 bedroom (2 90X190cm beds), closet in each bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom water (Italian shower) .

Parking: 1 space in front of the entrance gate in the private aisle .
