Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 1,080 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,480 Euros/week
- High season: 1,980 Euros/week
- Very high season: 2,480 Euros/week (Sunday to Sunday preferably)

Rental for a weekend (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in extra: 4.51 Euros/night/adult person (maximum rate varying depending on the number of occupants and the rent of the stay)
Administrative fees: 49 Euros
Optional linen rental extra: 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover , pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
