Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 700 Euros/week
- Mid season: 900 Euros/week
- High season: 1,200 Euros/week
- Very high season: 1,400 Euros/week (from Sunday to Sunday preferably)
Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the rent excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the rent excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the rent excluding cleaning cleaning
Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult person (maximum rate varying depending on the number of occupants and the rent of the stay)
Administrative fees: 49 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 32 Euros/person including sheet , duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Beach towels not provided.
