The house is located in the center of the village of Sainte Marie de Re, 400 m from the Place d'Antioche where you will find shops, covered market and daily outdoor market in summer, and a medical center. 600 m from the beach little frequented.
The village is accessible by the motorway network to the bridge, by air links from the airport "La Rochelle - Ile de Re" and by the rail network. Buses provide the link "Gare de la Rochelle - Sainte Marie de Re".
