Biking trails to St Martin, Ars and Loix are just 2 minutes away through the vineyards, without having to cross any road. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, WC, laundry. Accomodates 6 (one double bed 160/200, four single beds with two possibly joined). Large living room of 48m2 open on garden (501m2), south facing. Kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, freezer). BBQ, terrasse. Two parking spots. .
During school holidays, renting from saturday to saturday.
