Description

A few steps from the beach, in a dead end street in the village of Couarde sur Mer, discover this single-storey villa, ideal for holidays.

The entrance opens onto a beautiful living room with lounge area, dining area and open kitchen, opening directly onto the garden with swimming pool.

The sleeping areas consist of a master suite with bathroom, two bedrooms (one with dressing room and access to the swimming pool) with bathroom as well as a Separate WC.

The house is located in a quiet area.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool with removable bottom, ideal for children.

In winter, the fireplace can be used.

Bikes can be parked in the entrance courtyard of the house and the car in the cul-de-sac.

You can virtually visit this house by going down a little further down this page.

Our friends animals are not allowed in this house.

Rental every two weeks only in July and August.

The swimming pool is operational from April to September inclusive.

It is HEATED from May to September inclusive.

It is therefore not heated in April. However, it can be done on request by adding extra.

Nespresso coffee maker: don't forget your capsules!

Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided.

The swimming pool has a removable floor that will allow you to choose the height of the water, ideal when you are with young children!
