Quiet and secluded garden.
Large kitchen living room opening to the garden.
On the ground floor, entrance laundry room , kitchen, living room, WC, master bedroom overlooking the garden, bathroom.

An independent bedroom overlooking the garden with shower room and independent WC.
6,5X3 heated swimming pool, rolling shutter.
Entrance to the garden for bicycles which can be parked in the courtyard.
Possibility to park near the house, along the path.

Very close to the cycle paths, the daily market and 5 min bike to the beach.
