Charming studio renovated with taste in the heart of the city center of La Flotte near from the church.

300m from the seafront, the beach, the town center and the medieval market.

You are a 5-minute walk from all amenities (medieval market, supermarket, restaurants, small shops and bike rentals).

The studio includes a large 140x190 bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet

The kitchen is fully equipped (all cooking essentials, crockery and cutlery) as well as a hob, a microwave, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with small freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker and kettle.

For obvious reasons of hygiene, there are no consumables in the studio (salt, pepper, oil, sponges, tea towels, etc....)

The TV is a smart TV. You can therefore connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other accounts.

You have access to Fransat satellite channels on TV.

A dedicated wifi connection is present in the accommodation (Fiber).

You will also have access to a common space for my 3 apartments where there is a washing machine and dryer with free access, and where you can store 2 bicycles.

If you wish to rent bicycles, I will direct you to a rental company with whom I have a partnership and who will give you a 10% discount .
