The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs):

- a master suite (140 cm bed) opening onto a private terrace and the garden, with adjoining shower room (shower, toilet, two basins),

- a bathroom with a bath and a shower, as well as two basins .

A large landscaped garden, a terrace with pergola, and a heated 8x4m swimming pool (from June to September tembre) and secured with an electric curtain will allow you to take full advantage of moments of conviviality.

You can park within the grounds of the house (2-3 places).

Optional linen rental in addition:
- 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels toiletries per person, bath mats and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 42 Euros/person linen with pool towels.

Villa Coquelicots is quietly located while being close to the market and shops a few minutes walk from the market (800 meters) and the Bois-Plage church.
The beaches are easily accessible on foot or by bike: Petit Sergent 1 km away and Gollandieres 1.5 km away.
You easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
