Small village house, very comfortable. Quiet and 200m from the dike. Ground floor: Kitchen open to living room. Bathroom-WC, with walk-in shower.
All very bright thanks to large windows of workshop overlooking a garden full of charm .
Upstairs:
In mezzanine, a room with a double bed and a single bed. (Be careful, the stairs are a little steep!)
In the courtyard:
A very pleasant shower room on the way back from the beach.
Such as an outdoor kitchen (rustic), ideal for fishing returns.

In a hamlet, halfway between the Whale lighthouse and the center of the village. In Saint Clement, bakery, newsagent, grocery store, pizza takeaway, restaurants, bike rental, and in season there is a daily market for your purchases of fresh products .

Access to bike paths, 50 meters .__ Very close to the beach of Conche, (5 minutes by bike). And especially 200 meters from the dike, where you can admire beautiful sunsets!
