Comfortable house ideally located in the center of Saint-Martin Intra-Muros with garden and southern exposure. The house has a parking space and a very sunny garden (facing south) and quiet. On the ground floor: open kitchen, lounge / dining room of 30m, toilets, all giving on a nice garden of 60m in peace with a southern exposure.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet all served by a landing .

The house is located 200m from the church, 250m from the port and 10-15mn (on foot) from the beach of the target ( 1100 meters) .

Redecorated and fully renovated in the spring of 2018

Bedding of very good quality .
