Quietly, in a pretty cobbled and flowered street, this village house welcomes you for the holidays.

The spacious ground floor consists of a lounge area, a dining area under glass roof as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms (three double beds 140 cm) as well as a bathroom with WC.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the flowery courtyard of 45m2 whose access is done either through the kitchen or through the dining area. You can also park bicycles there and use the washing machine which is located in the small room at the end of the courtyard.

This village house is located in a quiet street, while being close to the port and shops.

Its location is ideal to do without the car, and enjoy the Ile de Re by bicycle.
