Our house is located in a very quiet area of St Clement, on the edge of the wild coast. It is very bright and carefully decorated. It benefits from a 350 m2 garden.
The house is located in a privileged location in the village of St Clement towards the lighthouse, Conche beach and Les Portes.
House on 2nd line, The wild coast is less 1 minute walk (100m) and in the evening the sunsets over the sea are simply magnificent!!!! We never tire of admiring the landscape according to the changes in the tide.
In the garden the sound of the sea depending on the wind is very present.
The completely renovated house, composed of:

The village of St Clement is ideally located between Ars and Les Portes en Re. The most beautiful beach on the island La Conche, is only a few pedal strokes (less than 2 km). The whale lighthouse visible from the house is very close. In the evening, the sunsets over the ocean are sublime and the wild coast allows you to start fishing on foot. Leave your car, everything is accessible on foot or by bike, the bike path passes in front of the house.
