Upstairs, a room with a bed 160, a room with a bed 140, a room with 2 beds (superimposed bed). A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Garden with lawn and wooden terrace, outdoor furniture, barbecue, shed, outdoor shower with hot water! On the ground floor, underfloor heating. First floor, electric heating.

Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker Nespresso and traditional capsules, toaster, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV with DVD player, Orange TV, WIFI. Sheets not provided but multiple possibilities of linen rental on the island.

- From July 1 to July 8: 1100 euros/week
- From July 8 to July 15: 1600 euros/week
- From July 16 to August 19: 1850 euros/week
- From August 19 to August 26: 1650 euros /week
- Spring school holidays: 900 euros/week
- April, May, June, September (excluding school holidays): 800 euros/week
During these periods mentioned above, prices include charges, including tourist tax (except April and May where heating costs are invoiced).

- Autumn school holidays: 1000 euros/week heating costs
- Christmas and February school holidays: 900 euros/week heating costs
- October, November, December, January , February, March (excluding school holidays): 800 euros/week heating charges

- Tourist taxes: included for 2 adults and according to the pricing of the community of communes of Ile de Re

At the heart of the village: 200m from one of the largest steps of the island, the bakery and shops. The house is located about 900m from the beaches (5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes walk). The sandy beaches are among the most extensive and beautiful of the island.
